Overview
The Microsoft Store Studio team was assigned with weekly sprint projects to migrate all content and rebuild Microsoft Store pages from the old template to the new Adobe Experience templates.
Each micro-team was tasked to create 45-60 pages per week. This process included building the pages, QA tests, bug tickets, and publishing page on AEM (Adobe Experience Manager.)
Tasks
Create or cuting assets to most up-to date spec dimensions
Make sure asset files are using the correct naming conventions
Double check the quality of asset
Update or create icons using Microsoft guidelines
Upload and organize assets/video files to third-party asset library
Support UX designers when needed, such as taking over some of their tasks (ex: when the UX designer is busy with a high-priority project or out-of-office)
Help newly hired production designers with on-boarding and training
